Whether you are looking for a secluded romantic retreat, a countryside hideaway or ramblers haven, this enchanting and uplifting retreat wraps luxury, comfort and style ticking all the boxes!

Located just over ten-minutes’ drive from the closest market town, Narberth and tucked away in the quaint village of Login, this beautiful farmhouse is set within 2.5 acres of land, approached though a wooden gated entrance with stone pillars and a sweeping gravelled driveway taking you down to the main residence.

Old Lan Farmhouse was re-built in 2004 retaining many of its original features. The internal woodwork is all oak including the large staircase and the internal doors and many of the original oak beams from the farmhouse have been incorporated into the property for that traditional feel. There are exposed stone walls, log burning stoves, victorian style cast iron radiators and all the traditional features of a period farmhouse but with modern quality and design for comfort and style.

The ground floor layout is light and airy with spacious rooms and an opulent yet welcoming reception hallway leading to the beamed gallery landing.  A sumptuous lounge with log burning stove and oak flooring and a beautiful wet room and toilet off the main hallway. Equipped and furnished to an extremely high standard, there is everything you need to enjoy your stay!

Write the pages of your own prefect retreat and escape the rhythm of everyday life. This hidden retreat enjoys far reaching views. A fabulous location to stay up late and make the most of the low light pollution. You don’t need to be an astronomer to stargaze in wonder at the glorious dark skies of Pembrokeshire, it's also possible to see the Milky Way with the naked eye. So, wrap up warm or simply enjoy the magic gazing up from a bubbling hot tub!

Living Space

This very cosy but spacious farmhouse boasts ample living space blending modern with rustic throughout. Exposed stone walls and reclaimed oak are home to luxurious sofas and touches of modern design amidst old and restored oak beams and wood burners to keep you toasty warm – perfect for that afternoon snooze after a day exploring the countryside!

Squirrel yourself away in the lounge for some well-deserved ‘you’ time as you sit back and relax on one of the gorgeous sofa’s and lose yourself amongst the sumptuous cushions in front of the roaring fire. The perfect setting for that romantic evening!! The lounge also makes a great space for entertaining so why not retire to the lounge with friends – the perfect place for a cosy catch up in this sumptuous woodland hideaway or throw open the doors on a summers evening and enjoy the private patio area.

For entertainment a large Smart TV, DVD/Blue Ray player and Netflix for those cosy film nights. A selection of games are also available for use throughout your stay. You’ll also find some useful nick-nacks like binoculars and torches along with a picnic hamper if you fancy exploring some of the local sights.

Eating Space

The kitchen-come-dining room, comes fully equipped with everything you need to create that perfect feast. The house has fantastic kitchen facilities including a luxuriously fitted handmade kitchen with granite work surfaces and integral appliances with a beautiful Heritage Range. Gorgeous aged beams run overhead, and the wood burner makes for a very snug entertaining space on retiring from dinner.

Plenty of work-top space provided by the central island positioned conveniently in the middle of the room. You’ll find a large oak table – a perfect dining area seating 8 comfortably with beautiful views of the front lawns and gardens.

Sleeping Area

The first floor enjoys 4 gorgeous bedrooms each with their own personality and style, 2 with en-suites and a family bathroom with Victorian styled elegance.

The master bedroom is just a dream, with rustic exposed beams, a heavenly French king-size bed, ample cupboard space and a large en-suite with a shower and claw-foot freestanding rolltop bathtub!

The second king size bedroom fashions a luxurious leather headboard and boasts views over the front lawns and beautiful well area.

At the other end of the landing is the third king-size bedroom with its own en-suite and simply stunning views overlooking the rear of the property and the beautiful earth pond and natural wildlife.

The main bathroom with a touch of Victorian elegance is home to a roll-top bath but can equally double as an additional shower room if needed. The perfect spot for decadent soaks with candles, bubbles and your favourite book.

There is a smaller, single bedroom, cosy and well-appointed to overlook the front aspect and lawns.

All rooms come with super-cosy bedding, luxurious linens and sumptuous throws and cushions to ensure a blissful night’s sleep.

Babies & Children

A cot, highchair and baby gate are available on request, but we ask that you please bring your own bedding. You’ll also find a selection of plastic cutlery, plates and bowls.

Outside Space

Sitting on 2.5 acres of gorgeous landscaped gardens, with multiple large lawn areas. You’ll be spoilt for choice with plenty of areas for relaxing or perhaps take advantage of the large lawns and engage in some outdoor pursuits with croquet and other games to while away the afternoons.

Whether you’re nestled under the trees immersed in wildlife around the beautiful earth ponds or sat taking in the views over the rolling hills and soaking up the tranquillity (perhaps with a glass of your favourite tipple or two), there is so much to explore at Old Lan Farmhouse. Perhaps venture next door to Lan Farm and take a tour with the Alpaca’s too!

A beautiful relaxing area sits at the top of the drive with a stunning well, recently resurrected with original stone and finished to stand on a small patio with a small seating area. Perfect for taking in the morning sunshine with a cuppa and reading a book.

Patio & BBQ Area with Hot Tub

A large outdoor patio area and sun trap overlooking the stunning views – a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the Pembrokeshire countryside. You’ll find wooden furniture to seat 8 (cushions for comfort and a parasol under the hallway staircase) and ambient lighting to set the mood as you relax for the evening under the dark skies. Not to mention a large gas barbeque for use as you require so you’re all set for dining alfresco! Why not finish off the evening with a dip in the hot tub.

Fire Pit & Bar Area

A large fire-pit area with ample seating for 12-14 people nestled in an area of cleared woodland away from the main house and complete with twinkling fairy lights to add a touch of magic to your alfresco parties. This also makes a great spot to take advantage of the dark skies as you toast marshmallows, singing songs with a glass of wine – the perfect space for socialising or simply relaxing underneath the stars.

Gym/Yoga Studio

This property comes with its very own gym and yoga studio available for use on request or perhaps venture across to the Yoga Ashram if you fancy indulging in a group session. Private sessions available on request.

Wi-Fi

Old Lan Farmhouse has Wi-Fi so if you need to stay in touch with the outside world you can. Speed ranges from 2-25mbps. Mobile phone reception does vary between providers and throughout the house due to the depth of the stone walls so you may find it easier to connect if you step outside.

Parking

Ample parking at the property for 6-8 vehicles. Camper van for hire on request.
